Big Idea Thinking for Employees

The Big Idea workshop is for employers who want to see their employees take accountability for addressing the challenges that occur within their sphere of influence.  If you’re worried about employee morale in this climate of recession and layoffs, this workshop is a perfect way to restore confidence. It shows employees how they can have an direct effect on company results which has a direct effect on their future. The truth is we all can be creative; some of us just need to learn how.  We teach participants how to ask the right questions, brainstorm solutions and pick the answers that will have you saying “now that’s a great idea!”  The goal of this workshop is to maximize people’s creative energy for the areas of the business they touch everyday.  Imagine your team coming to you saying, “I found this issue and here’s what I think we should do about it…”

Elements of the Big Thinking for Employees Series
Part 1 – Setting Goals – a meeting (face to face or by phone) between you and the facilitator to clarify the outcomes you want from this workshop (60 minutes)

Part 2 – Understanding Creativity – a meeting (face to face or by phone) between team members and the facilitator to let everyone know what to expect from the workshop and identify the question they want to creatively work in Part 3 (30- 60 minutes based on characteristics of the group)

Part 3 – Making Creativity Work in our Business – a face to face with the group where participants experience several ways to up their creative problem-solving skills as directed at the issue they identified in Part 2 (90 minutes)

Part 4 – Keeping the Lessons Alive – a face to face with the group at a designated time in the future where participants can evaluate how their new knowledge has changed their work for the better (60 minutes)
